I had bought Eureka Aquaguard RO+ by 2013 and Taken AMC 20-10-2014.
Till now there was no periodic service, which they have committed during signing the AMC contract. further after booking service call twice for Filter replacement under AMC, no one turned up for the service.
I had never under gone such humiliation from any product customer service. On first service request No:0084321649 for the replacement of filters under AMC, service guy turned up after 5 days and went back committing will come with filter, but didn't turned up.
After initiating second service request no: 85307802 on 20/01/2016, there no response till now.The amount send on AMC is only going in drains.
