Eureka Forbes Pathetic After Sales Service.

I had bought Eureka Forbes(Total) RO system(with 8lts Capacity) named Reviva last February(2009).   I had a very bad experience with the relationship manager(Hemanth Kumar) and the executives who came for the installation and Demo of the product.


The executives were not punctual in keeping the time. For the demo I had fixed an appointment and they were late by 2 hours. Second incident was when they came for the installation they had an appointment at 6 PM and said the work would be over in 1 to 2 hours and they came at 8 PM(that too after calling them for 100's of times) and completed the installation by 11 PM!


The installation was done in a hap hazard manner and this lead to leakage. To fix this, I called them up again and as usual they were late. And the result-, I reached my office late.


Later on I called Mr Hemant to complain and his response was too bad. I had to show my frustration as they had wasted my time and when I did this, he commented'You have only bought the product not the whole company and we cannot listen to you always’.  I felt very humiliated. I did raise this in the Eureka Forbes website, but all that I got is a call from the company asking whether the issue is fixed.


Free Services- They promised 4 free services in an year. Their commitment was that they will make a visit once in 3 months(i.e, even if I dont call, they will visit us for the service). TILL NOW no one has come on their own.


WARNING TO THE POTENTIAL BUYERS OF EUREKA FORBES PRODUCTS - DEAR FREINDS, DONT GO FOR ANY PRODUCTS FROM EUREKA FORBES. YOU WOULD SURELY GET A GOOD PRODUCT BUT THE SERVICE THAT YOU WILL GET IS'PATHETIC'. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT PUT YOURSELF IN TROUBLE. THINK OF OTHER OPTIONS.


WARNING TO THE COMPANY: YOUR PRODUCT IS OF WORLD CLASS. BUT THE SERVICE IS HOPELESS.  YOU HAVE TO CONSIDER THIS KIND OF A  SERVICE LEVEL AS A SERIOUS THREAT TO YOURSELF AND A GREAT OPPURTUNITY FOR YOUR COMPETETORS. ALL THE BEST. PERSONALLY,  I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE(THOUGH I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT)
