Installation of RO unit not done even after 7 days!!
I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Reviva RO unit on 19th June 2006. I had opted for a wall mounting option. Despite of the sales man's promise of free installation the same day (with Rs 250 for the stand), the unit is still lying at my home without being installed. Repeated calls to their call centre and speaking to their customer service manager are of no use. They seem to be insensitive to the request. Meanwhile, I have even stopped the payment for the cheque that I had issued upon the purchase. Now I am trying to contact Eureka Forbes corporate head office to get some explanation about their gross negligence and bad responsiveness.
The company should not offer free installation if they cannot service the request within reasonable time! What use is the product if if the service is too bad? Even worse, how can one depend on its guarentee terms if they default even on the installation promises?
