Dear Sir, I am Sathyanarayan from Pondicherry I bought Aquaguard RO Smart on November 2008. After 1 year, I went for AMC from Eureka Forbes. I payed Rs.3600 for the AMC for the year 2010. Last year when the service personnel came for one of their service they did not fixed (suppose) it properly.
Water was leaking at the waste water went tape, gradually near the tap it is broken. Then I made a complaint several times. The service center gives reply all the time is - "the panel is broken. We didn't get the spars. We will repair it after we get the spars".
It is about three months I am making regular complaints to your Pondicherry service center. They did not even come for the last service even after paying the AMC.kindly send some person with spares required and get it repaired.The product is awesome.
The quality of the AquaGuard RO Smart’s water is far better than the mineral water we get from the market.Thanks, Hope to see some person to repair.
