I have another water purifier from Eureka Forbes.

For almost one month now Im without water because of pathetic eureka forbes service. I never believed people that KENT is better, but now I must say no one should go for Eureka Forbes water purifier. I have been raising complaints after complaints but no technician is coming to resolve the issue which they only created.
I raised request with Eureka Forbes for Candle Replacement and AMC. The technician came did something and water stopped coming from my purifier. When I again raised complaint, same technician came and ripped apart my purifier. He had put tapes all inside purifier and did something. Water taste became very bad and it always start going for UV filtering. I again raised complaint and some new technician came who did something and it looked things are resolved. But next day again same problem started. After that for days now im raising complaints using email, customer support number and website but no one is coming to resolve issue. What im getting is false promise that technician will visit but no one comes to my place.
How can Eureka forbes service be so bad? Shame .
