I had bought the Eureka Forbes RO water purifier a year ago.Till now I have not faced any major issues with the product. Also, the 2 yearfree service backup is very helpful and assuring. Though, frankly I do not know the quality of the water that comes out, in terms of TDS etc, all my relatives who had visited my place, mentioned that the water really tastes good.
The filters which have to be cleaned every month also demonstrate that it is at leastfiltering a lot of iron from the hard water that we get.However, I m not here to comment on the product as such but, on the excellent after sales service that the company provides.
On multiple occasions when I faced a problem, the service guy was at my place on the same day, ifpossible, or latest by the other day. This is really exceptional and theservice level is something for other product companies to aspire for.Kudos to Eureka Forbes for such a good service
