I would like to bring you to the notice about the sales and post sales services that had really upset me not once – BUT 3 (THREE) times.
Firstly, I bought Aquaguard. The sales person were very much active in explaining the features of the products which I personally feel are really good. But then - I paid my whole money. But Didn't get my product for almost 2 weeks. After too much follow ups I got the product but then I had to follow up for the Warranty Card. After too much follow ups, I did get the Warranty card and also lifetime free sales service letter which was promised to me by so called "salesperson". Also I was promised servicing of my product every 3 months but no one has turned up till now.
Secondly, I bought a vacuum cleaner. The salesperson so called "A.C employee code 9014307". The person irritated us initially by coming everyday even when we were not interested to buy and we had tell him that we will call him whenever we would plan to buy a vacuum cleaner.
After sometime we decided to buy Vacuum Cleaner. We bought it from the same salesperson and it has been almost a month now and the same salesperson had never turned up to give us the training. At the time when we bought this product, he told us that he will be giving training to us and EVEN TO OUR MAID. Also I was promised for lifetime free servicing coupons and a bag to keep the accessories. But leave that. I don't even know how to use the product and it is really occupying so much space.
Thirdly, unfortunately I recommended Aquaguard to one of my friend. HE recieved the product 2 (TWO) MONTHS back but it is not yet installed. Not Installed! Oh yes I think you have started selling show pieces now?
I am not the one who just post bad things. The products are really good but the Sales person are in the first place irritating and in the second place irresponsible. Should these two words be used as adjective for EUREKA FORBES as a company?
