After going through with lots of reviews online(mostly bad reviews on aquaguard) I still went ahead and purchased online through Eurekaforbes website. I did mention the Sales Person's ID while purchasing so that he would get the credit.
But to my bad luck, the problem started right from the day1 when the product arrived home and been lying in a packed state for 4 days.
After frequent calling the Sales Person(Kiran Reddy from Koramangala, Bangalore), I got one service person coming home on 5th day to fix the product.
The moment he fixed and went I found the product is defective and water started going through the outlet and empty the tank when the machine is completely switched off.
While the machine is kept switched on 7litre tank will get filled and then water will start dripping out for a while till the tank reaches 6 litre and then automatically water will get processed and fill the tank( Which is by design that is what Aquaguard claims) & such design is not at all preferred for the places where there is water scarcity and we need to be really sure of water not getting wasted.
I went ahead and placed a complaint mentioning the issue and no one responded for couple of days. Again frequent calling the customer care did not help much.
I am so frustrated with this attitude that I placed a refund request on the website( since the product can be returned within 30 days of purchase), and immediately person comes to my home when I am not there with the pretext of fixing it.
Finally I managed to reach home to tell the person that I would like to return the product and fixing the issue is not needed, for which he bluntly says he is a repairer and do not anything about the return/refund policies.I write a remark on his sheet and send it across hoping someone from the Aquaguard company will reach me on this topic & none till date(it is been 3 days) contacted me in this regard.I STRONGLY SUGGEST ALL IF THEY ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE AQUAGUARD PLEASE DO THINK TWICE AS YOU MAY BE THE NEXT VICTIM LIKE ME.
