Purchased a Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV in September 2015.
In the first six month of purchase itself, the main filter got damaged.
Replaced the filter almost 3 months backs as it was getting complaints once in two weeks.
Now again the product stopped working. you should think it is not even one year old!
I raised a compliant. After one day, I got a message that one technician is assigned. I tried to contact him in the phone number specified and there was no response.
Today morning I got a message that the technician has resolved the complaint. How dare you do this to me? Ha has not even visited my home.
Last one week the product is in not working condition. Are you making us fools?
Now, as a reply for this review you will ask for the complaint number and contact details.
I know its the only reply you make. You are just cruel businessmen who just needs our money. You are never bothered about our concerns. You canvas more for this worst product.
Whoever is planning to buy this product, never ever go for it. Its the worst available in the market. Aquaguard technicians are working just for name sake. They never rectifies a problem properly. Its more than 12 times my product got serviced due to non working conditions in a short span of 10 months.
My neighbor uses another brand water purifier and there is not a single complaint for that.
The same ground water is being used for purification. From this, it is clear that the culprit is the product Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD+RO UV.
I got cheated. Give back my Rs.17490 and take back the product. Aquaguard is not the only water purifier available in market.
So give back my money and take back this fraud product.
