I am using Integra7 model for past 4 years and have been taking their AMC. This Feb I paid in advance around 8.5K for two year AMC. From mid September.
The purifier stopped working. It took almost a month and repeated calls for the service person to come and have a look. It worked for a couple of hours after the service person left and then again stopped working.
This has been happening for past 8-9 times. Every time the service person comes and does something. It works for couple of hours and stops.
Now after almost 3 months of initial breakdown, the purifier is still not working. During the last visit, I think the service technician disabled the "Call Service" indicator so that we think the purifier is working and stop worrying them.
I have been calling them and demanding the AMC money back. But they keep neglecting the call or give vague reasons. I doubt whether they really know how to repair their product or know how to service it properly.
If they don't know how to repair their own product, I don't know why they take the AMC.
For the past 3 months I am buying water from outside and also having the headache of calling these service technicians. I am at complete loss. Be careful about their product and service.
