I bought an Aquaguard infiniti model for my office(The Recruiters, SF - 10, MGF Megacity Mall, Gurgaon - 122002) on 4-Dec-09. I was promised 2 Service Checkups free during the year.


However in August I realised that no one had shown up from Eureka Forbes for this service. I called the sales person and he asked me to log a complaint on the helpline no. 833295674. I did so around 15 days back and got a reference no. However no one showed up for a week. I then went online and registered a complaint again on the Eureka Forbes site. I got a call after 2 days saying someone would visit last week. However till date no one has showed up.


I am wondering what do we need to do next to get any action from Eureka Forbes. Also when I call from my cell, my current Aquaguard is not registered, instead the 2 Aquaguards installed at my residence are registered. I had asked them to update my office Aquaguard details but that has not yet been done.
