The first service went fine and there was nothing to replace. The second service was a big hurdle. The service person come home 2 days late and on a week day when none of the knowledgeable persons are at home.
After service, he insisted on charging the service Fee, even though I had clearly told him the date of purchase and that it is a free service. Even after showing him the Installation Certificate he insisted on charging the amount, as he was not informed him before!
I took his name to complain to the concerned person, and surprise there is no escalation number written on the site. Called a global number and was given a manager's number for the area and no one answers.
Finally took a number from the service person himself and that number is always busy. There is absolutely no redress for issues. Buy at your own risk!
