I use Aquaguard classic model for the past several years and have a AMC till August 2010.Till recently, I did not face any problem. After the periodical service, the machine did not work. I made a complaint on 04.12.2010, and was told that the service person would arrive shortly. One man came and it was said to be a board problem and the miniature circuit board will be replaced. However, nothing happened. After waiting for a week, the machine was personally taken to the local regional office and the same was rectified and handed over on 18.12.2010. This worked for 2 days and has broken down today(20.12.2010) Dont know how many times I have to call for service and hear the stock reply(spare part not available). The service of a well known brand is WORST.
DONT PURCHASE ANY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT AGAIN.
