Ensure is a good substitute for food for unhealthy and old people who feel difficulty to eat or swallow food.
It comes in two flavors vanilla and chocolate. I prefer chocolate. Taste wise it's really tasty.
In one glass of water we have to add six scoops of ensure powder.
Ensure is for adults who are non diabetic. For kids and diabetic there are other product from same company abbot.
