Had gone to Enrich in the newly opened Phoenix Market City in Kurla West. As a promotion, these guys had distributed a free voucher for one of the services - cleanup/manicure/haircut. I went to the salon to redeem the same. At first I told them I wanted a manicure and they very courteously asked me to come inside. Midway I showed them the voucher and said that I wanted to utilize that and immediately they told me that there is nobody free and I had to wait! This is the worst kind of customer service I have ever seen in any place. That was extremely blatant to say the least.
They take a customer inside for a service and after agreeing to do it, refuse on the face when a voucher is shown! I was initially planning on getting a few other things done apart from the voucher, but after this not only will I never ever go to Enrich, but I will strongly advise all my friends to avoid the place as well.
