I was a member of ENRICH - Kemps Corner Salon.
Attitude at front desk is poker faced. If you are a newcomer they will put you on to anyone who is free, whether or not they are qualified to do that job.
The membership card is not much of a saving as prices are high for what you get. They used to give out a brochure with the prices and also have a rate card online, but they have stopped doing this. You think you are saving money, but you are not really as the bill is always higher than you expect.
If they want to charge high prices they need to have staff of that quality.
