Writing this review, so that, those who want to buy this product, will think thrice.


I bought this model on 26/05/2004 at M/S Pai, Indira Nagar, Bangalore.. It is giving me trouble from the day I bought this. There is a cabinet in the top compartment, by name ''Insta Freeze'' Zone, pls. do not keep any icecream there, because, it will melt instantly ( even if you keep the temperature setting to coldest ). Not to mention the lower compartment, where the temperature is always ''pleasant'' ( Like Bangalore weather in the midnight ). Food stuff gets spoilt in two days. There is a mention about ''3D flow'', only God knows why they named the process like that.


This ''marvelous'' piece started giving me troubles since the day it was bought. Many complaints - No response - Poor service. One of the ''service engineers'' came to my house ( after 5 days ) to ''set it right''.


He opened the fridge, did something, said ''Bio meter is spoilt''. He replaced that. Same problem, this time even worse, not even water was getting frozen, despite keeping it for 10 days in the fridge. Same complaint number was revived and this time another 7 days of waiting. Another ''service engineer'' came home, opened the fridge again, he ''diagnosed'' that ''Gas is less''. Machine was taken to the service center ( on 5th of November )after following up for another 5 days.


I was promised that, I will get the status in 2 days. Till today even after 100s of follow up calls, no response from them. The status is not know. They give a ''World class'' Service. I tried my best to get the company's website address / email ID/Phone number, nothing happens, it is a open challenge for you, to trace their contact details. Its been more than 45 days since the last complaint was lodged, 100s of calls and wastage of precious time.


I will never recommend this to anybody, even to my worst enemy. Fatefully I have bought their washing machine on the same day, which is another piece of head ache. On top of all these troubles, these machines are highly priced compared to their market competetors. For any queries, pls. feel free to call me or send me an email.
