I have been trying to access their uploaded videos/ webinar recordings and have been unable to do so for the past whole week inspite of having tried to download them every single day at different timings, taking that there could be something wrong with their servers.
This problem occurred before 3 months also and the response from their end was that there isn’t anything wrong from their end.
I have a 50mbps connection and am getting the speed of 45 mbps on having done a speed-test but their videos when put on download through any internet connection( tried with 3 connections), on any device take either 11 hours to download or do not start at all. It is very painful to not be able to access the services you’ve paid for and even more painful to not be able to study for my upcoming exams.
