I feel this review is:
My parcel was to be delivered by ecom express I received the message that my parcel will be delivered by express delivery boy and they provided the phone number. But when I called that number It was unreachable I had urgent work and I wanted to know when the delivery boy will come but the phone number was unreachable so I had to wait till 4pm and then I got call call from delivery boy and I received my parcel. It happened again next time whenever I call them on their contact number it is always unreachable dont know if they keep their phone swich off and dont want to reply customers. They seriously need to treat customers well and atleast they should attend their calls.
