Please do not shop in Ebay. I purchased a Dress for the first time in Ebay.They had delivered product(Dress) and I didnt like the product as the design of product I ordered is totally changed. I requested for return.
They have taken more than 2 weeks time to process the request and later, I got an email stating, I have to go and courier the product back to the seller in 3 days. Else they will cancel my return request. They had taken ample and enough time for their work.
Dead lines are applicable for customers not for them.:-|
I spent 250 Rs extra for returning the product and they said they will give me a ebay coupon worth that money which I should use in 3 months. Else it will expire. What crap. I simply hate this online store. This is going to be my first and last purchase from Ebay.
