The worst online shopping site on the internet many people complain about that. Even it happens with me too, that I bought an fancy light on ebay for my bike and then I opened it, the condition of it is not explainable, the one piece of wire is hanging outside from the blaster of the light, and lens is not lookimg new that was like someone used it. I am not the only one my cousin order a pair of slipper on ebay, he also suffer that kind of problem, he order a cream colour slipper they send a brown colour lill' bit used slipper to them.
From my side I suggest never buy anything from ebay fake people.
