Surprisingly good experience. Review on Ebay

I am a online buyer since I got my first job 3 years ago and had ordered several products from different online shopping sites. I had good experience and bad experience also. but from a much long time I was seeing ebay online site and heard so much bad about the site on YouTube and from others that they had very bad experience with ebay and product mostly come out in bad quality. so I thought why don't I give it a shot after all the site is quite good and the worst experience always come from the seller not from the site itself.

I had bought Canon DSLR in a deal from other shopping site with 18-mm lens kit because I was having a tight budget at that time. so rather than paying more for 55-250mm I grabbed that deal in just 19000/-. but soon after 3 months I realise of absenteeism of a wide zoom lens in my arsenal so I looked on different sites and found best deal on ebay site in 8900/-. the seller was fare and stated that the lens is taken out from kit of 1200d. so I called and confirmed about the same and ordered.

I ordered it on 13 jan midnight and my package was coming from Chennai. it got delivered on 16 jan before the estimated delivery time.

although the experience with the courier guy went bad but it not the point to blame the online site cause seller choose the courier company itself. I was worried very much for the outcome of the product and I found out that product was neatly packed and was in excellent condition.

thanks to the seller and ebay site that they really did it well and surpassed my expectations. ebay site did updated me about the every activity in track my order section and I bought and earned ebay points as well that I can use on my next purchase.

so at the end I want to say that, yes I heard some bad reviews about ebay site and yes in some point ebay does lack like in case of seller listing but if you had bad experience with any product ordered from any site I think it is the biggest mistake of us to relay upon seller. people don't usually see the seller while buying the product.

I haven't had any experience with the customer support of ebay so I am not mentioning it so I am just sharing my thoughts.
