Friends when I booked the product in ebay.in, the date was reflecting as 13 feb 2016, after 1 day I received message stating shipment latest by 20.feb.2016. When I called up ebay.in customer care they informed to speak to seller, snehanjali electronics, thane, Then trien to reach but seller number goes busy whole day, next day I tried reaching the same number  calls were disconnecting by seller, Now Back to ebay.in, The team in chat support to reach them I need to wait for minimum 10 mins or more. but when I trying to type or if its getting delay then they disconnect the chat session which is disappointed me a lot. Finally connect to chat. then told to reach seller in despite of telling and understanding ebay team they speak same words to reach seller,

Tell me friends when seller is not responding me how do I contact him.nor response from email or from calls? All possible action done from my end.

No response from ebay or seller end.  Again with hope tried to reach on email its been 4 days no response. Ebay.in chat customer support have much attitude, More over rude behaviour. team. So tell me neither seller support team or ebay.in is helping me. I TRIED TO REQUEST TO SPEAK TO EBAY.IN CALL CENTER MAnasultanGER BUT AGENT DINT HELP ME TO CONNECT to mAnasultanger.Tell me ebay.in what can I do now?. you want me to wait till 20 feb 2016 for shipment? even after that if product does not shipped then you will return my amount? To wait customers wanted to invest money with you?  What you do with my money for 11 days or more.at-least if you Cred824it back my amount I will buy from other sources?  Really frustrated with ebay.in.No customer should go such pain from you. I am filing petition with consumer court for misguidance and dates. And replying for my mails and calls.
