EBay is giant when we talk about online shipping specially electronics. They have huge number of sellers and hence variety of products. Their customer service is good if not excellent. Only problem is time.
In few occasion I received faulty and duplicate products from them. When I raise complaint eBay CC reacts well. What I like most is claims department. They are trained professionals and quick to detect problems and solving them quickly, you just have to comply within the time frame they allow.
I will give 5 star to them. But ebay has to maintain the product quality to stand up in ever growing online marketing business. Amazon, Snapdeal, flipkart and doing better now a days.
