I ordered a item from ebay on 2-Jan and the courier delivered the item at wrong address on 5-Jan-2017. Contacted Blue dart but there was no response. Contacted Ebay customer via claim service but it was turned down by 15-Jan-2017. After several emails they opened the case again and I got 3-4 calls also, and they sat on it for a month. In the end the refund was denied by 10-Feb-2017. Bottom line I paid for an item which I never got and ebay did NOTHING about it!
NEVER BUY FROM EBAY THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE ANYTHING
