I have bought MOTO G turbo refurbished mobile from EBAY I found one sim slot is not working so I have filled claim for replacement they have sent Fedex return pick up label but one week no return pickup attempt. so I have contacted them via chat I am not speak well in english so I choosed the chat option.
First time after 33 minutes I have connected with customer care executive but I have not noticed the the person connected with chat, There is no sound for messages come( amazon have this option) but I have noticed in just one minute I want to try type but the executive is disconnected chat and second time I have waited same 30 to 35 minutes to connect chat I have explained my problem and the CC executive says we will make call back and I have want some details about fedex pick up.
But at the time I have received one important call from my friend so I have attended the call and disconnected in just one minute, In between the CC Executive girl is disconnected my chat, I have got frustrated what a F.ing CC service, and still there is no callback from Ebay, customer can wait 30 minutes CC Executives not wait just One minute.
If you want better experience on online shopping My choice is amazon the chat service is very very very good and if they found the problem happens in amazon side they provided me two replacement orders with out returning the product both are 500 Above worth product( one of the product have same return pick up issue from fedex).
