This is my humble request to every one that don't even think to buy anything on ebay because their worst policies in the favor of sellers only and they do not care about buyers they don't even listen to you problem so this website should be banned actually.
I purchased Le max 2 Manufacturer refurbished mobile with 6 months manufacturer warranty on ebay. I received mobile after 2 days with partially damaged and very dirty box. When I tried to switch it on, it was not getting switched on. I thought battery might have drained so when I put it on charging it was not getting charged at all. I realized that I got completely dead mobile and I was cheated by seller. I immediately raised the ebay guarantee claim on same day and my claim got rejected after 2 days saying the product you purchased is under manufacture warranty so visit the service center. One thing I came to know here that, there is nothing like refurbished. These are the faulty products which are sold under the name refurbished. No further checking is there they simply send you the product as is condition. I tried to contact seller and found that he was very rude and behaving very unprofessional manner. I requested to replace the product but he refused and asked me to visit service center. I took the leave and visit the service center and I was surprised that THE BILL WAS FAKE and service center did not accept it. They told me the approx repairing cost is 7k as motherboard needed to be replaced. I contacted ebay again but they did not listen to any thing and closed my ticket with same comment that visit to service center. Here I lost my entire amount and phone is with me .in dead condition.
This is my humble request to all that do not purchase any refurbished products on ebay. There are many fraud sellers on ebay and ebay is supporting them. They sell faulty products with fake bill and customers have to bare all looses.
I am thinking to go to consumer court against this fraud. Please learn from my experience and avoid ebay completely. This fraud site should be banned.
