I feel this review is:
The airline cancelled my flight. I should get a full refund. Easemytrip has still not refunded my money and keeps making excuses and keeps blaming the airline. And they do not respond to calls or emails easily. I have to send 5 reminders before someone will respond with a standard and useless answer. Their customer service sucks.

Hi Gulamaly,Following our telephone discussion, we want to inform that our refund procedure strictly follows the fare regulations set by the airline. Whenever the airline issues a full refund, we promptly initiate the corresponding process. Currently, the airline has only processed a partial refund, which we've already processed. Additionally, we are investigating with the airline about any potential further refund, and we'll update you as soon as we receive their response. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
