They are overrated, overpriced unprofessionals who have zero value for customer satisfaction and no accountability towards customer's loss.


Let me share my unpleasant experience with them.


Ezmove recommended me Vinit packers for my household shifting.


I trusted Vinit packers because we had done our shifting earlier through them, though with minor problems.


But this time the experience was even worse.




  1. They scratched my bed: I kept on telling them to wrap it properly to avoid any damage. They said they would do it but they didn't and eventually it got deep scratches due to insufficient bubble wrapping. On top of that, when I confronted them, they said "Sir, bubble wraps are just for formality sake, they can't protect your items. And after all, humans are bound to make mistakes".




Highly unprofessional and casual remarks from them; makes me wonder how they proudly claim to have served so many years in the industry.




  1. They scratched my side table too: Didn't bubble wrap at all! I saw just a tape wrapped around, and immediately asked Sukbir(their leader) to put bubble wrap around. Again, he said he would do it but loaded as it it, which resulted in scratches.




  2. Casual handling of items while loading: There is one swing chair, which Sukbir threw very badly while loading in their vehicle. It made a loud noise and I immediately rushed to their vehicle to see what had happened. I was shocked to see them giggling on their mistake. I again confronted and asked him why he did that, to which he said, "Dont worry sir, its just a plastic item". As a matter of fact, it's half metal and could have damaged it as well.




  3. While loading refrigerator and washing machine, they were dragging it badly. I also asked them to keep a carton or some packing between the washing machine and the body of the truck, as they had kept washing machine in corner. They again said yes we would do that, but didn't do.




  4. While unloading bed items, I found one of their staffs stealing bed screws and keeping inside their bag. When we were installing the bed, the same guy asked me where the screw was. I asked him to check his bag where he has kept. He smiled and went back to the truck to get back the screws. Unbelievable!




  5. There were spices kept inside the freezer, which I had asked them to wrap properly before packing. They said it's fine nothing will happen. But when we unpacked, we found spices all over the freezer and got a tough time cleaning it all.




  6. There is a 4 burner gas stove, which they packed casually. There is supposed to be a thermocol packing both at the bottom and top to protect the inlet nozzle and the burner switches. He just used one thermocol casually on top of the switches but no protection for the nozzle and packed as it is.






Overall, me and my friend had to constantly keep an eye on them to see if they are doing their job properly, had to point out whenever they were doing it casually, moreover we helped them while unloading as they appeared exhausted. When I told them about their mistakes, their leader(Sukbir) got infuriated and kept on saying that humans are bound to make mistakes. He also kept on bragging that he has 10 years of experience and have done his job far better.


They are highly unprofessional, unskilled, unapologetic and rude people. Don't deserve to get the rating, and recommendations from ezmove or anybody.


On top of that when I confronted this to ezmove, they took side of their partner, vinit packers and completely ignored the problems I faced. Absolutely no accountability or responsibility towards customer's loss.


Please never contact these people for your shifting requirements. You will be overcharged and will get a painful experience.
