I dont know who you are or why you are so anti management, but the truth is that Dr B R Ambedkar Medical College is as good/better than any other Medical college in Bangalore as far as teaching staff, material and management wise.
In your case I seriously think u have been taken for a royal ride by some tout, who has used the Management’s name to fleece money. As far as teaching staff getting relieved goes, they have to give 3 months notice before resigning so that the students are not at a loss.
AND THEY ARE PAID FOR THOSE 3 MONTHS. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT PLEASE. and as everywhere, a token amount is charged for certificates, and not in the thousands. Ambedkerites are very famous and well placed all over the globe, earning laurels not only for themselves but also for the college.Our management takes tremendous interest in the well being of the college, staff and most of all the students. All students will vouch for this, and you have said that the teaching is good, and in case the staff were unhappy with the management you think they would do a good job?
Again I insist that you have cheated by some miserable agent and not by the management.How can I start about this college? One of the worst management ever any one could see. If you have lots of money or you are one among the millionaires, then join this college.Though academically its good, teaching is good, medical staff is good, the management staff is the opposite of that. For everything, they ask money money money.
Any certificates you need money in thousands, not 1 or 2, in some 10 or 20s. if you are a staff working there, to get relieved you need to pay them 3 or 4 months of your salary.once you are stuck in the college you are dead in that college if you like or not.I hate the management. There is no proper food facility also.no canteen.why? Outside people get scared to open thinking how much money they might ask to open a canteen. Disgusting. Frustrated with this college management. Friends, think twice before joining.
