We would like to express our disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. 25-July-2015 gone through an horrendously pathetic experience of my life.
Thanks to Milann the fertility center, Dr. Sneha who literally insisted us and majorly responsible to express our disappointment in words.
After taking an appointment for HSG test date for 24-Jul-2014, surprisingly we get a call from Milann fertility center on 23-July that they have to postpone the test date by a day due to UNAVAILABILITY of DOCTORS. Dr. Sneha sorry to educate you, but for your kind information HSG test has to be done on 7th or 11th day from the starting menstrual date.
Accordingly we have taken an appointment. AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE I DON’T THINK 24-Jul(Thursday) is a national holiday, unless all the Doctors fallen sick on the same day, We don’t see any other genuine cause of their unavailability.
Finally the day 25-Jul-15. Fasting for more than fourteen hours morning 11:30Am(Appointment time) the test started at 1:30Pm.Long story short, we can not believe second visit to consult Dr. Kamini Rao(Appointment taken a week ago) on 8-Aug-2015 at 10:45, we discover that the case file is missing. Amazingly that took 3 hours to recover. Finally at 2 PM we met Dr. Kamini Rao.
