Purchased a product on infibeam and product got shipped within 24 hours of order by DOTZOT courier by DTDC.Order shipped on 12th of december by using express service which they used to deliver within 48 hours but even after 4 days status remains unchanged and no customer support for DOTZOT and they claim as excellent logistic company.It is just another mediocre from DTDC.
It is one of the worst logistics service made by DTDC
