Connectivity - Connectivity seems to be stable yes but stable and slow. it never gets fast! Dont expect to get the cruising speeds that you can expect using broadband.
Privacy - Very little
privacy as the computers are just stacked in a row and there are kids playing intranet multiplayer games in the same cafe no separate gaming area.
Infrastructure - The Computer configuration is not something they could boast about. The PC’s are old and cannot support any Java based sites. I tried playing chess on the net and none of the sites would work and the computer would simply hang as it was not good enough to support the site. To my surprise I was told by the guy there that I should not go to sites that use Java as they cannot be supported by the machine! Customer friendly approach you may say.
To the others playing games. the kids I mean the answer was that they were doing something wrong and it wasnt a problem with the pc, which was a lame argument and that guy didnt even have the decency to try and explain things politely.
Service hence is very very poor and begs improvement.
So overall rating would be poor. But this is a good place to go to if you are frustrated and need to remove your frustration on the cybercafe guy thats there as this is one place you will get ample opportunities to do so.
