I have a Dish TV connection from past 3 years bearing VC No: 01506375504 . Recently there was a issue with Set-up Box. I complained to the customer service and they sent a technician very next day, the technician said that the set up box need to be changed and since the warranty is expired, there will be charges of Rs.556/-. The person changed the set up box and told me that the pairing need to be done with the VC Card and it takes about 2 hrs.
Its been more than 52 hrs and till now the they haven't paired. When ever I call to the technician or his manager, they lie that it will be done in 15 mins.
They don't care for their valued customers. They don't know what is customer satisfaction and people sitting in service centers like Shiva Shakthi Associates, Devaiah Park, Bangalore - 560021 who are meant to be a authorised care centers for Dish TV are rude and dishonest. They don't have manners to talk with their customers.
The technical who replaced the set up box says that he is just a technician and his work is to change the setup box and ask me to resolve the matter by calling Dish Tv's customer service care. Dish Tv's customer service care says that this is need to be resolved with the technical person only.
As a valued customer, I know that the technical person duty to make the work proper who changed the setup box. A lot of my valuable time has been wasted because of them with no picture of resolving from the Dish TV end. The only suggestion to every one is go for a better DTH service than this Dish TV.
