I am also fed-up with DISHTV like all others. Initially I opted for 6 months package. Later they increased the monthly charges without my knowledge(Even no communication) 3 days back they de-activated the set box. When I called customer care?
They confirmed that charges was increased and so that number of days was reduced. Package is an agreement and you can not change/modify once we opt for it, Off course if any changes in package? Then it will be applicable only from next recharge, When I asked Customer care how can you modify the existing plan? They said they are the owner and we will change it however we want. Also we 1000 of customers and we can not communicate about the changes to every one. if we communicate every one will start questioning us. This is bad.
When I called again Customer care again yesterday, They ask me pay additional charges Rs.25/ to activate it, When I asked them why should I pay additional charges? you have done some changes without my knowledge from the backend and why are you asking additional money now. They said immediately charge it for one month and we will not charge any additional amount. I charged accordingly. Finally they deducted additional Rs.25/- and reduced number of days to 27 instead of 30 days.
DishTV support is worst and customer care is Pathetic. Lot of hidden agenda and no commitments. When ever I sending feedback/complaint mail, Every time copy/paste the same message(Answer)
I don't suggest. Off course DUSHTV is failure product. it my problem I didn't read reviews in mouth shut and suffering now. I working on to move to other better service provider now.
