I had installed DISH TV with the TV in my bed room.I used the services for a year or more and ultimately switched over to another operator, owing to failure of dish to handle queries on signal quality, as well as repeated failure of its set top box which keeps on getting into some problem frequently.Moreover you call the cudtomer care and keep on waiting in the queue for some agent to address you.Once I could not use the box for more than 3 days in succession as it had run into some kind of issue which resulted in no signal being displayed on my TV screen.Finally the service attendant arrived on the 4th day to get the issue rectified.DISH TV surely needs to address the quality issue if they don't want to loose their customer base to other service providers.
