The worst service I ever seen, already use this service from last couple of years but not satisfied with this. When I purchase this Dish Tv there is no competition and now that is very much,
No reply got from the person when I have purchased, after sale services is not a bad but very bad. They have open office in ahmedabad maninagar and closed it in one year. Distributors changed with other services. Old user not have new remote controls to use new facility. New member can access same facility in very low price and old user cant use the same facility in high price.
Customer care held up us on phone on one one hours, not agree with our arguments. They want new customers but neglect older ones..
If we pay from last coup[le of years we must their gold members and they have to provide us better facilities but they are failure. The banner is big but service is to short...
Aware that they have to sold their DISH to any one they only give on Rent. I know this while I complaining. They are giving in browser that there are some of free channels are always we can see but that is false , now after completing subscription we can not use any of the channels.
