An order placed on this website in September did not arrive even in December.and when I sent them a reminder that I have not received my order, all I got were a couple of support ticket emails.
I have heard similar stories from my friends and others who tried to use this website and I was warned to use on the Cash on Delivery option.
They don't ship your product and they do not answer to your queries too. With so many online shopping options available now, I wonder how these fellows will hold up with this kind of a service.
My Order number was: 100021998
Pasted below is the support ticket which I received and no follow up thereafter. Its been a week now after the support ticket was sent.and about three months since I placed an order.
