Obviously no oil is supposed to be good for health. However we do use a certain amount of oil for everyday cooking.
The Dhara brand of oil comes in 3 different varieties. I have been using Dhara for a while now. But I dont use this for cooking normal vegetables and everyday meals. I recommend Dhara is good for deep frying and for making fried snacks and stuff. Specially during Diwali and other festivals when there is so much of oil required.
Dhara has a slight odour to it which some people might find offensive. But when the oil is considerably heated it reduces that odour considerably, So it is very convenient for making deepfried snacks, frying puri's, samosas and other stuff.
Also it is available for a nominal price. If you are curious enough to try it,I recommend you try the double filtered one, which is good enough. Avoid the mustard or til variety, it has lots of cholestrol and a very strong odour.
