My friend has taken housing loan from dewan housing finance corporation before the loan wad sanctioned they have asked him to provide lots of financial documents.
But they were not satisfied with the papers , there interest rates are still not understandable to him . As he is paying his EMI on time.
But he receives notices that he is not paying EMI on time, & you have to pay penalty, overdue interest charges. It is advisable to read the loan related terms & conditions before applying for any housing loan from Dewan housing finance corporation limited. One should keep track on the interest rate revision from time to time .
