Delta Airlines is my number 1 choice of airlines. I fly them all the time. Maybe because one of their hub cities is my hometown. I love the direct non-stop flights to Hawaii. I fly to Hawaii at least three times a year with my family. We have always had a smooth transaction with them checking in, getting our luggage, our seat assignments, and the great service we get on board from the flight attendants to the pilots. Since they have added Song in the picture, I fly to Las Vegas on Delta and then on Song to JFK. It's one of the best things Delta has implemented to getting themselves out of bankruptcy. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for the past 7 years. And will continue to be. I can however admit to trying to use my skymiles with them, I have to book it at least a year in advance to get any good dates to fly to Hawaii. But other then that, everything else is with them has been a great experience for me and my family.
