I have Win 8.1 as an OS. The laptop has shown exceptional performance so far be it gaming or office use. The OS runs smoothly and the laptop is able to handle heavy games such as Battlefield, Gta 5 without any difficulty. Mouse touchpad is very sensitive and build quality is tough. The laptop is simply designed and comes in plain black colour with a textured back. The Dell series provides some very durable products and comes with a year warranty. Dell's customer service is exceptionally good and there is also a facility for home service in case of any issues with the product.
