I have ordered a shoe from Yepme but I didnt knew that a very good site like yep me has given there delivery or the courier patner is Delhivery. I have booked the order on 09th Aug and the expected delivery date was 15th Aug. I was provided with the tracking no as well as the order no. I kept tracking it and the order was in there MIDC hub in andheri. On saturday at 15.33 there was an update on teh site that the Office/ Institution closed. And I was in the office for the whole day right from 09.30 to 07.30.
Moreover I called justdial and enquired the contact number of the nearby hub so that I can call them an if possible I can collect it. The number given to me was 022 4295 2303. I called him so there was only a song ringing on the other side and the contact no of the customer care given on the site I also not working. I think Yep me also is damaging there image by patnering them for the courier.
I will also advice all the peoples reading my review to first enquire about the courier patners before booking order from the Online site. My order id is 31828030.
