Customer portal is not updating delivery completion status and Installation is not initiated.

Product EL 520 - Cross Trainer was delivered on 29th Sept 2020. The Customer portal is still not showing delivery is completed.
Decathlon Customer care - says they will not provide installation and asking to contact stores.
Stores are not attending for the installation and do not have ETA when hey would attend.
This is frustrating and not able to return the product as the product still shows undelivered on portal.
This clearly shows Decathlon is playing with customers intentionally.
Delivery charges have been paid Rs. 1016.1 and delivery person clarified that he has submitted the signed copy of accepting the delivery on my door step. It is more than 2 days now still customer portal shows item is on way to delivery.
