I have seen doctors running on the call of emergency day in and day out. The life is fully erratic. They do not have a time to eat and sleep. One argument is . they are earning money . other argument is . if they do not go to attend the emergency, patient will suffer, so they have to.
I have recenetly seen a movie called " Hatrick ", in which Nana Patekar has actually put this profession very nicely.
To me, the bottom line is " you should not cheat on your pateints ".
