DD Motors Okhla is the worst Car Dealer ever. The delivery of the car is delayed by indefinite months( and I am not talking about Dzire VDI) I am refering to the make readily available on downpayment.
Once you pay the booking amount you are doomed to eternity as the sales people forget all about you. Now you have to chase up for your car and believe me you will never hear back from them.
The staff is unprofessional and uncourteous. I can leave the names of all the people I dealt with in DD Motors Okhla. And heights of heights is that such careless attitude reflects from the senior members on the floor. All you will get to hear from them would be lies.
After one month of NO RESPONSE I had to walk in to Maruti Head office to get the satus of the car where I was told that these bunch of lazy bas*ards havent filed the indent yet.
Finance -> DONT EVER GET YOUR CAR FINANCED BY THEM, they are a bunch of thiefs who are ready to cheat you of ur money with both hands.
I genuinely request all the new buyers to consider some other dealer before you think of dealing with these unprofessional thugs.
