Complaint against MISBEHAVIOUR of Dana Choga

I placed an order through foodpanda and my order no. was v9xj-g8fo from Dana Choga kitchen, Vasantkunj.


I ordered 2 vej thali after few minutes we got a confirmation msg also from your side then after 10 minutes we called Dana Choga Kitchen asking about the order.


And they said vej thali is not available so we have to order something else and they also gave us few choices that were available with them.


So we changed the order with 1 Jeera rice, 1 Dal Makhni, 1 paneer kulcha and 2 gulab jamun . After some time the order was delivered but when we saw the quantity of the rice we just felt very bad as the quantity was so less that it was not sufficient for a person.


We tried calling your customer care but it was too late and you were closed but then we called Dana Choga and asked them that why they did so the executive asked us to hold and confirmed from his kitchen and then he said "yes sir the quantity has been sent to you is less".We got shocked after listening these words that means they have sent us the left rice. '


If they don't had the rice in proper quantity then they should have told us, we would have changed it but no, they thought better send the rice left with them and since it was late night so no one will raise complain against it. But let me confirm you that we are not sitting fool over here that we will pay the full amount and we will sleep without eating a proper meal.Mr executive started apologizing and asked us that he will register a complain against it.


I said that what will be the use of registering a complain its not done by mistake now tell me what I will have for dinner? he transferred my call to his senior Mr. Amit, we told him the full matter but he talked with us very rudely he said the only thing we can do is register a complain and you will get a complimentary meal on some other day.If you want to register the complain then its OK or else just don't shout I can't help.


I told him that I will make complain against them, he said do whatever you like and also write my name I don't care. After that I disconnected the call. Then  Today I got a call from same Mr Amit at around 5:30pm and he told me that I m sending you the same meal you ordered last night with full quantity of rice.


I felt so insulted that I said that why you are sending? I haven't asked you and it was neither dinner time nor lunch time that means again you are sending me the food left in your restaurant.


He shouted that If you don't want the food its OK. I have other customers also to deal with. You are not the only one. He was talking so rudely that he is doing some "EHSAAN" on us. He don't have the manners to talk with lady. He was just shouting at me. I want to tell you the other incident from same Dana Choga restaurant happen few days back. I ordered from your site and it was night only.


The order was a paid order but the delivery boy kept standing for around 1 hr asking for money as he said that it was COD. We asked him to confirm from his restaurant as we had paid online. He called his manager but without confirming it manager told him that its a COD and if they have doubt then tell them to confirm why should we? We tried reaching you but same it was too late and you were closed.


We asked the delivery boy several time that we have paid online but the manager was not ready to accept. We also showed him the receipt sent by you in my mail id but he said Madam I cant do anything as my manager is not confirming me. All the people in my building were just starring us and we had no option rather then fell insulted. After that I asked the delivery boy to give his manager number.


I called Mr Manager whose name was Prem. I asked him that if he has an email id then just give me so that I can send you the confirmation mail from food panda. what he thing that only he had the confirmation that if order is paid or Cod. Then he checked and started apologizing. I asked him to take away the food and return back my money but every time he was just saying SORRY you will never face a problem from Dana Choga. After that I accepted his apologiza-tion and the very next day he also sent us the complimentary.


But if this is the really solution that first you insult someone and then you offer him a complimentary. Every time they repeat their mistake.How many times I should ignore the things. Now you people decide that the mistakes they did can be repay by complimentary. I have written you the complain as I ordered the food from you. Now we have the expectations from you not from Dana Choga.


Now you people decide if my complain is genuine or not? Any strict action should be taken against them or not? I am also sending you the snapshot of rice which Mr Amit said that its a standard Quantity. ITS 4 DAYS OVER BUT NO REPLY FROM DANA CHOGA KITCHEN AND FROM FOOD PANDA.
