I think this is the first time Mr. Bhupen Hazarika has given music in the movies...But anyways who cares about that! Daman has some soothing music with some dham dham music.
~Clearly SUN SUN GORIA by Alka is the best wedding song since Sajan ji ghar aye from KKHH. It has a little Assamese sound to it.
~Second best is HOON HOON PAGAL song~ this song is between a bhabhi and her devar.Has nice rythm to it and good https://lyrics.
~Then lets move on to some relegious song like Bhagwati Song by Jaspinder Nirula ~ I am surprised a bit she used to sing relegious songs so this was probably piece of cake for her. Really a wonderfull song!
~Then there are some average songs like BAHAR HI BAHAR-I don't know what this song is doing in this album which has all sad or quiet song...Suddenly this song comes up from no where..its loud with some guitar tunes.
~GUM SUM by Kavita is a sad song..its nice but sometimes Kavita sounds squicky, Its a okay okay song!
~SAR SAR HAWA is probably the worst song in the album...Hema Sardesi sounds nice but I don't like the lyrics and its probably like a mujra song( u know what I mean)
~SAR SAR HAWA II- why do we need a second part to the song...I have no idea! But I think its the same song just second time the music director probably thought that people would like it the second time!
On the whole album is gets 4 songs nice from 7 songs! So thats great! I won't tell u that this album is a must buy because it all depends on your taste~ If you like quiet, some sad songs & All the songs have a little touch of Bengali or Assamese ( sorry I don't know how to spell people from Assam) to it.
