Mine is an experience related to sales not even service. Dakshin Honda is purely surviving on Hondas brand appeal and organic sales, else it would have shut down by now. There sales teams don't respond to queries, don't come for scheduled test drives and are not responsive at all.
One Gentlemen by name Shekhar is extremely laid back and doesnt respond actively to calls. Cancelled test drive three times without prior information stating vague reasons. I wonder what after sales would be like. Scary!
Forced to give staff courtesy a 1, I would ideally give it a zero.
