I use to eat Dabur Chyawanprash in my childhood days. It was said that this helps in building memory. I do not know whether any doctor has challenges such claims but as a practically experience person I can certainly challenge that it does make no effect in building your memory. I do not think it has any such element which makes us fit and healthy. It is all that the advertisement policy of this company that has completely misguided the viewers and fall into the sweet voice of advertiser.
Yes, I ate it. But I have enough experience of it. I am not recommending it to my offspring. Never again in my home.
